Shipping & Returns All shipping is via UPS (United Postal Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). For returns you must first contact Submeter Solutions, Inc. via phone (888-64METER) or email (see "contact us" link) to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the product to us. Please check for shipping damage when your order is received and alert us immediately so a claim can be issued right away. Products that have been installed are non-returnable unless deemed by our supplier to be defective. Defective items will either be repaired or replaced then returned to you. There is a 20% restocking charge on all non-installed returned items.
